New Clients - Amanda & Mia are only taking on new clients for HD Brows/Brow Waxing/Tinting & Facial Waxing. Their books are now closed to new clients for all other treatments. If you are a new client & book in for any other treatment with them then unfortunately your appointment will be cancelled. Steph is no longer taking on new clients for LVL treatments, please book LVL with Luci if you are a new client. Message us if you would like to be added to our waiting list to become a new nail or lash client.
Patch Tests - Patch tests are required before all Tinting, HD brows, Henna, Lash Extensions, LVL & Brow Lamination treatments. You must book a patch test for at least 24 hours before your treatment if you are a new client, haven't had that treatment within the past 6 months or have had a change to your medical history such as a vaccine etc. This is for insurance purposes and unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions to this. Please do not make an appointment if you cannot come to a patch test before hand.
Cancellation Policy - If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 50% of your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of your appointment. Please note you will not be able to rebook with any therapist until this charge has been paid.
